Consultancy
Alpsun has been providing excellence consultancy services to businesses keen to gaining a foothold in Singapore and wanting better clarity on opportunities relating to the customers, the competitive landscape and the web of government procedures and processes. The Alpsun team has intimate understandings of Customers’ operational challenges and needs. This understanding allows us to provide frank advice, assessment and to better collaborate with our Customers and Partners to address aspirations and needs.
Project Management
Alpsun is experienced and highly skilled in providing Project Management Services. The Alpsun team is well exposed to the stringent demands and exacting standards of the Singapore Government and the Defence Industry requirements. The knowledge and experiences have enabled the team to manage and execute projects effectively and efficiently.
Spares/Repair Trading Services
Military hardware can be expensive and extending the operational life span of such capabilities are important pre-occupation of customers. Alpsun partners with leading stockists and certified repair centres to provide one-stop centre for the customers to stock-up or repair parts and hardware cost-effectively. With our well-connected network, Alpsun is also able to help locate obsolete parts to keep older aircraft platform to continue flying
Maintenance Support Services
Alpsun understands the need to provide dependable aftersales support and equipment maintenance. We also understand that not all our partners are capable of local presence after each delivery of a product/solution to customer much less a 24/7 breakdown support, we therefore provide a competent maintenance team which our partners can tap on which is always an important consideration in the customers acquisition approach.
